Our primary goal is to offer a higher level of service to our customers. We can only accomplish this by staying “in tune” with the needs of our customers and servicing those needs.

Independent credit counseling
Bridgefield sends out a list of recommended non profit third party, non-affiliated credit counseling services at no charge to our customers. In some cases, if a fee is needed or required by a HUD approved third party credit-counseling agency Bridgefield will pay that fee on behalf of a customer.
Loan resolution department
Bridgefield works hard to help you acquire your home and we work even harder to keep you in your home. We have established a department that focuses solely on loans with an extended delinquency in order to make every effort possible to resolve these situations. Sometimes this means reducing payment amounts and interest rates to make the loan more affordable, establishing long-term repayment arrangements, or one of several other options. Bridgefield does not charge customers a fee for drafting repayment plans, loan modifications, or any other loan resolution program.
Our arms come with helping hands.
Bridgefield understands that adjustable rate mortgages can be a wise decision in the right circumstances but may be hard to understand. We have a special team of ARM counselors dedicated to calling our customers six months prior to their adjustment date specifically to review the terms of their note and answer any questions that might arise. Our ARM counselors can estimate the payment change based on the index at the time of the call and offer assistance with budget counseling or referrals to independent credit counseling agencies. We also have a web tutorial for our customers on our website.
